Darden who she says embezzled more than $128,000 in insurance money intended to rebuild her family's home after a 2003 fire disaster that her family suffered. Shellie Youhoing-Nanan says he also defrauded her family an additional $6,000,000 that they sought in damages. Shellie Youhoing-Nanan also charges Judge Doris L. Downs with the offenses of conspiracy, judicial fraud, fraud upon the court, obstruction of justice, insurance fraud, and other serious crimes.
